Retractable Electric Rope Gate

Description

This is a rope version of the tape retractable gate and is designed to provide a strong electric barrier across a gateway that will not sag or lie on the ground when not in use.

The housing contains a sprung reel that automatically winds the rope back when the gate is opened and releases it when the handle is pulled. The case is bolted to a fence post and connected to the electric fence by a lead so the electric rope within is charged. The handle is then pulled across the gateway / field entrance and clipped into a gate handle insulator so the charge continues along the fence.

If comes with all the brackets, connection cables & insulators to secure it to the fencepost and the existing electric fence.

Gate opening distance 5 – 6m.
