Description
This is a cheaper alternative to our metal plate tape – tape connection lead (seen ).
Rather than two plates of steel clamping the tape between them this connector has plastic gripping clips with a steel insert going the whole length of the clamp. The electric fence tape is held in the jaws of the connector and clipped shut.
When shut the clamping jaws are quite a tight fit so we recommend that these are used with lighter gauge electric fencing polytape as top spec tape tends to have thicker strands of plastic in it’s weave.
Suitable for both 20mm & 40mm tape.
