Description
This is the Power Charge rope in a green & white. Ideal for those who prefer their field fenced with a barrier that blends well into the background while still being seen by animals.
This has 6 conducting lines woven through it with 5 being stainless steel and 1 of tinned copper. All lines are 0.2mm thick and the tinned copper line is a ‘TURBO’ line. By this we mean it has a lower resistance than the rest and can carry the current from an energiser further down the fence line. Long electric fences need this type of conductor in them as it has a lower electrical resistance. This allows the power to travel further.
It’s 6mm thick so can easily be seen by horses. As with all electric rope, we recommend using the proper rope connectors to join one roll to the next. This allows all the power to flow from one rope to another without dropping the voltage.
This comes in 200m & 400m lengths and has a breaking strain of 380kgs.
Our Opinion
The same good quality rope as all our Liveline range. The tinned copper line gives a whole lot more distance to the power in an electric fence for not a lot more money.
