Description

This is a tester for fences with higher powered energisers and displays 6 levels from 1000v up to 10,000v.

Push the prong into the ground so it is earthed and place the steel clip against the electric fence. This allows the current to run through the tester and back to the energiser via the earth spike. This completes the circuit and the reading will be displayed on the front by the flashing lights.

Our Opinion
Very robust basic tester. We like the way it’s designed to hold the earth wire wrapped neatly around the unit with clips to hold the earth prong in place. This means it won’t get tangled up or damaged when you throw it in the back of the car!
