Description
Aluminium wire has the lowest resistance of all conductors for electric fencing.
It’s extremely durable yet pliable and easy to work with and best for permanent perimeter fences. Softer than steel wire and will stretch if tensioned – hand tight is normally fine. Works best for permanent fences and not suitable for mobile fences or being reeled in and out. ie Once it’s up, leave it up.
Mainly used as part of a perimeter fence.
