This is an electric fencing kit for horses that is powered by the Fenceman DP350b 6v & 12v Energiser and comes with 200m of 20mm white poly tape and 20 white plastic fence posts.

With this energiser, you have the option to power it by 4 D cell batteries which will give a 6v pulse (1 Km distance) or by a 12v battery (3.5 Km distance). The electric pulse rate is fully adjustable from 20 pulses per minute to 60 pulses per minute giving remarkable battery savings.

The D cell batteries can be slotted in to the energiser housing or it can be powered by a 12v battery (not included) by attaching the two connection leads to the terminals on the underside of the energiser. PLEASE NOTE: Internal batteries must be removed before external battery is connected.

Connecting the energiser is easy with the wide steel terminal being clamped over the tape or rope and tightened to ensure a good connection for maximum effectiveness. If the energiser isn’t so close to the electric fence that it can touch the poly tape, then there are connection leads that should be used. The DP350B comes with a stand which can also double as a short earth stake. Also included are 4 x D cell batteries and all the required connection leads for connecting to the fence, earth and to an external 12v battery.

There is an LED indication light which blinks on every pulse and flashes rapidly when the battery is running low so you’ll never run out of power.

The kit comes with 3′ posts as standard. There is an option to upgrade the posts to our Tall (4ft) Posts, our NEW 4′ Posts with Double Footplate, our heavyweight Superior 4′ Tall Posts, our NEW Extra Tall [4’6″) Stirrup Posts or our Extra Tall [4’6″) Posts

Also included in the kit is a small electric fence tester, a warning sign & a gate handle. We also include some ring insulators to start & end the fence with. Handy if there are wooden fenceposts or trees around the perimeter of the field as these will give you good anchor points.
