Energisers and 12v batteries are valuable pieces of kit, and when they’re left in remote fields they can be tempting targets for thieves. The Electrifiable Galvanised Anti-Theft Box is designed to give you peace of mind by protecting your electric fencing equipment from opportunists. Built from strong galvanised steel and designed to house both a 12v battery and an electric fence energiser, this secure box adds a powerful deterrent wherever your fence is installed.

The unit is divided into two sections. The rear section is large enough to hold a 12v battery (up to 36.5 cm x 21.5 cm x 21 cm), while the front compartment is designed to mount an energiser (maximum space 36.5 cm x 11 cm x 37 cm). Inside is a mounting plate with a range of fixing holes, suitable for AKO-branded energisers and many other models. Once installed, the energiser is kept secure behind a galvanised steel grill, locked firmly in place with the supplied padlock.

The box is electrifiable, meaning the whole unit can be pulsed along with your fence, making it extremely difficult for anyone to tamper with it. To switch it off, you simply use the supplied insulated key in the rear lockable switch, keeping access under your control.

For installation, the anti-theft box comes with an 80cm galvanised mounting post, which screws securely into the ground using the tool provided. The box then clamps firmly on top, ensuring stability even in exposed locations. Once in place, you connect the energiser leads to the internal switch, attach the supplied earth and fence leads, and your fencing system is ready to go – with the added security of knowing your equipment is protected.
