Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Unfortunately we do not accept orders from outside the UK via the website and all prices are in pounds sterling.
Shipping And Handling
If all your items are in stock, we will normally dispatch them by courier within 24 hrs of receipt using various courier service providers.
We do deliver outwith the UK but this cannot be done via the website shopping cart. To get an accurate shipping cost we need to calculate the weight and dimensions of any package. Customers need to call / email us with a list of components and we will get back in touch with a shipping quote.
For overseas orders we use several shipping consolidation companies to find the best price. If you have a preferred carrier we can get a price from them too.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch all goods ordered within 2 working days of receipt of your order if paying by debit or credit card, and upon receipt of your cleared payment if paying by cheque or postal order. If there is likely to be any delay beyond this time, you will be notified immediately.
Please note that orders placed with incomplete details (i.e. no email address or phone number) may be held until such time as payment has cleared (cheques) or card transactions have been fully authorised by HSBC. Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Should an alternative item be available of equal or superior quality we reserve the right to upgrade your order.
Tax Charges
20% VAT is added on all purchases.
Credit Card Security
All credit card transactions are direct through Protx and are completely secure as all credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption on a SSL (look out for the golden padlock). No credit card numbers are ever held in clear text on any website or computer.
There is occasionally some difficulty with processing online transactions due to the server being busy at certain times of the day. If you encounter an error message while trying to process your payment, please try again later or feel free to call Ukcountrystore.co.uk on 01241874444 and we can process your order manually. Guarantee
It is the aim of UK Countrystore to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your chosen purchase. We only supply quality products from manufacturers with a proven track record in this marketplace, and which are, where specified in the individual product details, covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty. In the unlikely event of any problems with your purchase we will make every effort to rectify any defects. Please notify us within seven days of any obvious defect, and within one month of any other defect which is not immediately apparent on reasonable inspection. Please contact us, by e-mail at [email protected] or by telephone on 01241874444 to arrange either a refund or a replacement.
You also have the option to return your purchase within 14 days provided it is unused and still in its original packaging. Your credit card will be refunded when we have confirmation from the warehouse that the goods have been returned in full, and in good condition.

UK Countrystore do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase from UK Countrystore. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
This policy applies to customers within the United Kingdom and is designed to comply with current UK consumer legislation, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act.
Your Right to Cancel
If you purchase goods online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us clearly by email, phone, or in writing within 14 days of delivery.
Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods back, or evidence that they have been returned.
Condition of Returned Goods
Returned items must be:
Unused and in a resaleable condition
Returned with original packaging where possible
Complete with all accessories, instructions, and components
We reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund if goods show signs of unnecessary handling or use beyond what would reasonably be expected when inspecting the product.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:
A repair, replacement, or refund where goods are faulty
A full refund within 30 days of receipt for goods that are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described
Please provide photographs where possible to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be returned unless faulty:
Made-to-order or custom products
Perishable goods
Products cut to length or specially assembled
Sealed items that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Return Postage Costs
If returning an item because you have changed your mind, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, we will arrange collection or reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as returned goods remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used when placing the order.
Original delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. Additional delivery upgrades (such as premium or timed delivery services) are non-refundable.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning the goods so we can advise on availability and the quickest way to proceed.
