This stranded steel wire is the same as our
stranded steel wire but it comes on a reel. The 7 strands are 0.5mm thick making the wire 1.5mm thick and it has a very low resistance of 0.12 Ohms/m and a breaking strain of 200Kgs.
Reels are manufactured by Horizont but can be badged Hotline depending on what stocks we have in. (Hotline are part of the Horizont Group)

Please note this is a mild steel product (NOT high tensile) so will stretch if put under strain.
Our Opinion
We prefer this to the steel without the reel as this is far easier to unroll and if being used temporarily the wire is far easier to roll up and store. If you've ever got in a tangle you'll appreciate the extra couple of pounds these cost is money well spent.
