This ratchet strainer set can be fixed to a strainer post at the start or end of a wire electric fence and provides a solid anchor point for tensioning the wire.
It has an
Insulated Ratchet Strainer and comes with a strong galvanised steel hook and scew-eye for fixing to a post. The galvanised steel strainer has a ratchet to tighten the fence wire and a spring clip to hold the ratchet in place when tensioned. The insulation block ensures the live wire is effectively insulated from the wooden straining post.
